A two-personal exhibition featuring Joiri Minaya (Dominican American) and Sarah Zapata (Peruvian American), whose interdisciplinary practices address decolonizing perspectives of tropical identity targeting women of color as well as materiality and labor via control systems, respectively. The show is curated by Becky Nahom, exhibitions manager at Independent Curators International/ICI in New York.
